The winner of the 9th annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest was announced by Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com and Charmin, where contestants are been asked to design a wedding dress using only Charmin toilet paper, tape, glue and a needle and thread. And the winner was Mimoza Haska an Albanian-born designer who hails from south Carolina was the one who took home the grind price of $2,000. She used 16 rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft, glitter glue, glow-in-the-dark glitter glue, Elmer’s glue, paper tape and a needle and thread.
